West Hartford Girls Travel Basketball announces tryouts for the 2013-14 season

The West Hartford Magic Girls’ Travel Basketball program will be holding TRYOUTS for the 2013/14 Magic Girls' Travel Basketball season in the beginning of October. The Magic program is comprised of four teams (5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade teams) and they compete in the CT Girls’ Basketball League.  Current 5th through 8th grade girls residing in West Hartford are eligible to try out for the Magic. Practices are twice a week with away games on Saturdays and home games on Sundays.  The season goes from late Oct to late Feb.

To sign up for tryouts please visit our website, www.go-magic.com, and click on the Tryouts Registration tab on the left side of our home page and select the appropriate grade level for your daughter.

5th Grade, Mon, Oct 7 and Wed, Oct 9,  King Philip Middle School, 6pm-7:30pm

6th Grade, Mon, Oct 7 King Philip Middle School , 6:00pm-7:30pm and Wed, Oct 9, King Phillip Middle School 7:30pm-9:00pm

7th Grade, Mon, Oct 7, King Phillip Middle School 7:30pm-9:00pm and Thurs, Oct 10, King Philip Middle School , 6pm-7:30pm

8th Grade, Mon, Oct 7 and Thurs, Oct 10, King Philip Middle School, 7:30pm-9pm

Team selections will be posted on our website by October 12.
