Rich Rosenthal and Bob Cooke had the idea for a fish restaurant. It is the fourth restaurant in the Max Restaurant Group. It has a variety of seafood in addition to the oysters: steak, salads, bar treats and dessert. Reservations for all of the Max group can be made online, and gift cards are available.
