A Sneak Peek Inside the West Hartford Pepe's
Pepe's has started taking job applications for the West Hartford location.
The brick oven from which "Original Tomato Pies" will soon emerge, crisp crusts and toppings cooked to perfection, is rising out of the construction zone inside the West Hartford storefront that will soon house the newest Pepe's Pizza location.
Pepe's is taking over a portion of the Elmwood location formerly occupied completely by the Puppy Center, which contracted into a portion of the space.
According to the contractors working at the site, Pepe's owners are "pushing for a mid-September opening."
