6th Annual Golf Tournament for Citizens for Quality Sickle Cell Care

This event is a fundraiser for Sickle Cell Disease.  This is our 6th Annual Golf Tournament to raise awareness, and funds to bring great programs to our communities about what is Sickle Cell Disease.   We invite everyone to come out and have a great fun-filled day with great people and awesome food!  The cost for individual golfers is $120.00.  It's always great to come with a team of four to make the day memorable (optional).  We are offering Hole Sponsorships at $150.00 each and We love sponsors who would like to be-friend us by becoming  a Friend Sponsor at $500.00 each.  Any individual or organization that would like to be a Primier Sponsor would be highlighted at our event at $1,500.00 each.

If you are not a golfer there will be a benefit luncheon for anyone who would like  to attend at $35.00 per person.  Lunch begins at 12:30 p.m.
