Hebrew Health Care and Jewish Family Services have partnered to offer an Alzheimer's Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group. Our goal is to provide educational, emotional, and social support for those recently diagnosed with memory loss.
This group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
-A place to receive knowledge and understanding.
-A place to give and receive reassurance, comfort, friendship, and social support.
-A place for individuals like yourself who are experiencing a life change.
