Ever just want to
tackle one area of your cooking knowledge and get better at it? Chef Adam will
demonstrate some basic techniques to filleting fish, searing, and seasoning
properly. He will also show you how to make a ceviche and prepare dishes using
seafood and vegetables. Learn and sample different tequilas with Chef Adam, our
GM Bart Maldonado and bartender Stephen Saez.
