They will cover not only the demographic challenges - which are substantial - but also the differences in values and choices that impact the size and make-up of the population of potential buyers for small businesses. They will close with their assessment of the attributes that make for a saleable business in this
environment and suggestions on how you can better position your business for sale.

Peter and Michael are both business coaches with The Alternative Board, Greater Hartford. The Alternative Board brings small business owners together for confidential think-tank forums. Peter and Michael have encouraged and coached hundreds of local business owners to share ideas and discuss common business issues.
