West Hartford Police Log for Aug. 23 - 26

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Aug. 23 - 26, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Richard Lugli, 28, of 231 Newington Road, was charged on Aug. 26 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 27.

Migdalia Medina, 42, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 26 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000. Medina is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Larry Blaise, 42, of Plainville, was charged on Aug. 26 with illegal possession of narcotics, misuse of plate and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Dale Quereux, 42, of Plainville, was charged on Aug. 26 with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Denise Therrien, 40, of Bristol Lane, was charged on Aug. 26 with illegal possession of narcotics and possession fo drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Derrick Tenkorang, 26, of East Hartford, was charged on Aug. 25 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 26.

Victor Monsivais, 34, of 115 Park Road, was charged on Aug. 25 with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 26.

Juan Angel Lopez, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 25 with driving while impaired, failure to drive in the proper lane, no insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Emil Nace, 47, of Newington, was charged on Aug. 24 with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 26.

Sarah White, 20, of 88 Dover Road, was charged on Aug. 24 with assault on a peace officer, third-degree criminal mischief, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to bring motor vehicle to a stop, operation without carrying a license and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Alexander Jimmy Diaz, 22, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 23 with three counts of assault on a peace officer, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, assault on a victim over the age of 60 years of age, second-degree criminal trover, second-degree larceny, third-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, second-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $750,000. He is scheduled to appear again in Superior Court on Sept. 16.

Nicholas Tassillo, 35, of 61 Saint James St., was charged on Aug. 23 with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.


Jonathan King, 48, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 23 with illegal possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5. In a separate incident, King was charged with fifth-degree larceny, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, reckless driving, operating with license suspended/revoked and failure to signal. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 23. He was also charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 23.
