West Hartford Police Seek Suspects in Home Invasion

Police are also looking for a safe taken from 6 Chesterfield Lane during the home invasion/burglary early Wednesday morning.

The West Hartford Police issued a news release Friday indicating that they are seeking the public's assistance in their investigation of the home invasion/burglary which occurred at 6 Chesterfield Lane early Wednesday morning.

According to police, they are seeking three suspects identified by the victims as: "dark skinned, black males, all in their early 20s." Police said that according to the victims, the suspects were "wearing dark, 'hoodie' style sweatshirts. One of the suspect’s sweatshirts was reported to be grey with red stripes."

According to police, one of the suspects was also seen with a small black handgun.

West Hartford Police are also looking for a safe which was reportedly removed from the home. The safe is described as: "older, grey in color, approximately 3 feet square, weighing 250 lbs. with a digital combination lock on the front."
