APRIL 29

Arnold, Edward, 33, of 334 Glen St., Apt. 2, New Britain: Arrested at 99 Shield St. Ext.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Rice, Jonathan, 25, of 195 Whitney Ave., Hartford: Charged with assault on a peace officer, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer. Bond $5,000.

APRIL 28

Tremblay, Justin P., 35, of 7 Tarragon Dr., East Hampton: Arrested at I-84/Park Rd.; charged with operating while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Chartrand, Cliff E., 25, of 54 Chatham Lane, Bristol: Charged with cell phone use while operating a motor vehicle, driving in the right hand lane, failure to drive in proper lane, operating while under the influence.

Delorenzo, Toni M., 32, of 23 Laurel Ridge Rd., Tolland: Charged with second-degree larceny. Bond $35,000.

APRIL 27

Brown, Dennis, 54, of 1003 Capitol Ave., Apt. 1, Hartford: Charged with conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $250.

Deangelis, Bridget, 34, of 1003 Capitol Ave., Apt. 1, Hartford: Charged with conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $1,000.

Kosko, James P., 33, of 76 Benham St., Bristol: Arrested at I-84/Kane St.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Johnson, Michael, 26, of 6 Talcott Rd., Farmington: Arrested at 812 Farmington Ave.; charged with driving while impaired, evading responsibility, operating with a suspended/revoked license. Bond $1,000.

APRIL 26

Budgazad, Marc, 25, of 64 Whitman Ave., West Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating while under the influence. Bond $500.

Miller, George H., 49, of 777 Old Turnpike Rd., Plantsville: Arrested at 450 New Park Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or fabricating. Police say accused was found to be in possession of heroin at a motor vehicle stop and was chewing bags of heroin in an attempt to escape arrest. Bond $5,000.

Lopez, Luis, 28, of 19 Landrey St., Bristol: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

APRIL 25

Slomkowki, Jordan, 19, of 9 Robbie Rd., Moodus: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Staples, Michael, 19, of 18 Joe Williams Rd., Moodus: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./New Park Ave.; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Soare, Edward Gabriel, 20, of 30 Flagg Rd., Apt. D, West Hartford: Charged with first-degree failure to appear, violation of probation, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Combined bond $85,000.

Avitabile, Bryan S., 29, of 95 Hills St., East Hartford: Charged with fifth-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

Canaperi, Douglas, 51, of 50 Prospect Ave., Moosup: Arrested at Park Rd./Price Blvd.; charged with failure to bring motor vehicle to stop, failure to have tail lamps, failure to obey control signal, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

APRIL 24

Lewis, Corey E., 23, of 324 Park Terr., Apt. A, Hartford: Arrested at 324 Park Terr.; charged with interfering with an officer, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating with a suspended/revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, plate illegible, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, reckless driving. Police say accused was the driver of a motor vehicle that attempted to elude when stopped by police. He ran from the scene and was later located at his residence. Bond $500.

Fadely, Devin, 18, of 400 Flannigan St., West Monroe, LA: Charged with interfering with an officer, soliciting without a permit. Bond $100.

Channer, Devonte, 18, of 50 Oakland Terr., Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer.

Bailey, Kevin J., 29,, of 4894 Rainbow Rd., Windsor: Arrested at 84 Flatbush Ave.; charged with failure to renew registration, illegal possession, operating motor vehicle without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Vetere, Lindsey, 35, of 15 Scuppo Rd., 503, Danbury: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with illegal possession, two counts illegal possession of hallucigen, possession of drug paraphernalia. Accused was found to be in possession of heroin and acid. Bond $10,000.

Sziabowski, Jeremy, 34, of 75 Neanda St., New Britain: Arrested at I-84/Kane St.; charged with articles/device/sticker/ornament obstructing view, illegal possession, illegal possession of hallucigen. Bond $20,000.

APRIL 23

Pitt, Christopher A., 41, of 955 Capitol Ave., Hartford: Arrested at Park Rd./Prospect Ave.; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Abrahms, Zachary J., 25, of 6 Chesterfield Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said charges stem from marijuana and paraphernalia observed in plain view after officers and detectives responded to investigate a home invasion at his residence. Bond $2,500.

Witkowski, Nicholas C., 32, of 192 Main St., Apt. 4, Bristol: Arrested at I-84 West/South Main St.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
